Our recent stay at the resort felt lacking compared to our previous visits, marked by higher prices and diminishing service quality. The room issues and the pool area management were particularly disappointing. While the kids enjoyed the pool features, the overall experience left us considering other options for our next family getaway.

I recently enjoyed a relaxing getaway at the resort, which I found to be a serene escape from the hustle and bustle despite its proximity to the airport. The accommodations were quite comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the upgrade to the private concierge floor that offered exceptional service and delightful breakfast options. However, I did encounter some noise during lunch due to the acoustics in the dining area, which detracted from the overall experience. Overall, the stay was enjoyable but could benefit from improvements in certain dining aspects.
